A refund will only be given if cancellation is 3 days prior to the beginning of a camp/clinic. If camper cannot attend due to a COVID positive test within 3 days prior to the start of the camp, the camper will be issued a refund after proof of positive test.
Effective January 1, 2023: A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellations that occur up to 1 week (7 days) prior to camp. (Credit Card fees cannot be refunded). After that time no refunds or credits will be given. Request for refunds must be made via email tarheelsbcamps@gmail.com.
No refunds or credits will be given for "no-shows". No refunds will be given for voluntary exit from camp. If camp is canceled by Tar Heel Softball Camps, a full fund of the camp fee will be refunded minus credit card fees. If we cancel camp for any reason a FULL refund will be given.
